This class is open for registration to 22 people only. Book early, it's sure to sell out.
Transportation to and from studio:
To save on costs to our attendees, USITT will not be providing transportation from the hotel to the Studio. The Studio is just 4 miles from the hotel and participants will share in rideshare, or if any participants drive and are willing to act as a shuttle to and from the Studio, there is free and abundant parking in the attached lot.

Cut-off Date: The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m. local time on 6/6/25. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Rate cannot be adjusted at check-in for guests that fail to identify themselves as part of the group upon making their reservations. Hotel reserves the right to monitor the Group's room pick-up and make adjustments to the block at any time.
Check-in/ Check-out: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to check-in and must present their valid I.D. Please note that reservations that do not have correct guest names will not be able to check- in until the guest whose name appears on the reservation arrives at the Hotel.
