INDY METRO Tech Theatre Day brings high school students together with universities, entertainment technology professionals, and fellow students who share an interest in the technical side of live entertainment. Students will have the opportunity to connect directly with universities and industry professionals, explore careers in entertainment technology, and learn from professionals working in the field. But this isn’t just a day of talking—you’ll get to do the work.
Each student can choose four hands-on workshops from six exciting disciplines, including:
• Audio
• Rigging
• Projection
• Costuming
• Makeup Techniques
• And more
Whether you're already involved in technical theatre or simply curious about what happens behind the scenes, INDY METRO Tech Theatre Day is a chance to explore, learn, and discover where your interests could take you.
